Dialogue. Process. Facilitation

In periods of transformation, when looking back or looking ahead,
in times of conflict and alienation, in learning and in loss – this is when external support and facilitation can be helpful for a team or an organization.
So that everyone involved can contribute their experiences, offer their view.
So that we may see, hear and understand each other.
So that we can get to the heart of the matter and understand what is needed now.

And do it. Together.

The core of my process facilitation and hosting is circle dialogue. It is an old ritual: sitting in a circle, talking, listening. The rhythm slows down, our concentration deepens. We speak to the middle. The middle holds all contradictions, small and big emotions, difficult questions, wild ideas, deep insights – and weaves it all into something completely new. Something which can only emerge from this blend, and which leaves us with new clarity and focus.

Besides circle dialogue I am using other practices and formats that invite a diversity of perspectives to be in meaningful conversation and that strengthen collective wisdom and action: The Flow Game, Dynamic Facilitation, the Art of Hosting, Collective Presencing.

Some examples of my work in this area: team coaching, leadership retreats, vision finding workshops, grief circles, citizens‘ assemblies.
