„We are all in this together.“
„We are many. Every one of us.“
We are always interwoven with life around us – and sometimes we forget. I forget. We might think we are alone with what is difficult in our lives. We might think we have found the one right answer – only to find that others think that, too.
We might feel helpless and
overwhelmed because the challenge/possibility before us seems too complex or to scary to move through. I believe we need to remember that we are collective beings. We are
never alone. We are always more. Things are always more that what we can see.
Remembering this leaves me humbled, invites me into compassion and curiosity for what more there is to learn about ourselves, each other and all of life. This is why I am offering companionship for difficult moments. This is why I am invested in collective practices of witnessing, inquiring, and care. I need it.
And I know: there is always more.
I am trained as a political and social scientist, in Systemic Counselling and Therapy, in Dynamic Facilitation, as a Flow Game host and as an Intuitive Painting coach.
I work in English and German and speak French, too (avec un accent québécois).
